ELK.js 0.10.0 is distributed under EPL-2.0, not the STV MIT license.
The bundled ELK.js library is unmodified upstream distribution code.

The upstream ELK.js README and build.gradle describe the Java/GWT build and
its dependencies. The generated bundled JavaScript is not a substitute for
the preferred source form. Preserve this notice and the EPL text in
THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt when redistributing generated STV documentation.

The upstream npm distribution does not provide the exact resolved compiler
lock. Its pinned binary is used unmodified and verified against npm integrity;
this inventory does not claim a bit-for-bit rebuild of ELK's upstream compiler.
Compiler-only tooling and ELK demo/model/native-libavoid distributions are not
included in STV's browser bundle. The copied browser shim exports Worker;
Node worker_threads implementation is not included in the browser bundle.
