Concept review - round 2
Round 2 - owner clarification and diagram correction
Date: 2026-10-18. Authority: the existing owner-delegated concept-review scope; owner decisions and correction request are recorded in Sources and evidence. Re-reviewed the affected SYS/SWR, build/browser and detail/bundle/inspection allocations and contracts after applying the remote-media decision. SWR 015 remains an atomic rendered-detail publication responsibility and now explicitly defines the media exception; its SYS 006 parent and SHR 015 amendment agree. No artificial component or duplicate requirement was added. The original round-1 semantic coverage matrix remains valid with media-policy holds removed. Both diagram sources, SVGs and embedded architecture pages were re-reviewed.
STV_REVIEW_009 - Architecture connector routes obscured the flow
Category: visual architecture readability/review omission. Owner: delegated reviewer. State: resolved. Affected: both architecture Draw.io/SVG pairs and their embedded architecture pages. Evidence: the owner identified overlapping arrows; inspection confirmed software GRAPH-to-BUNDLE crossed DETAIL_BUILD, and unconstrained automatic routing allowed flows to coincide or cross boxes. Round 1 checked component/interface coverage and links but missed readability. Impact: readers could not reliably follow sources, destinations and direction. This violates the purpose of a usable architecture flow view despite mechanical link validation passing. Closure criterion: every interface can be followed visually without unrelated-box crossings, coincident runs or hidden labels and arrowheads, at the published reading scale.
Correction: arranged the system flow vertically, reorganized the software components into spaced build/browser flows, fixed connection ports and supplied explicit orthogonal waypoints in dedicated corridors. Retained all 12 software and three system interfaces and all 11 real Need links. Updated embedding aspect ratios to the new exports. SVGs were regenerated by the shared Draw.io exporter; no hand-authored SVG or published raster substitute was used.
Closure evidence: geometry checks found no connector traversing a box interior or sharing a collinear segment with another interface. Actual browser-rendered SVG screenshots and embedded-page views were visually inspected for flow, labels, arrowheads and readable scale. All 11 published Need links were checked again. Temporary screenshots are inspection aids only. Updated concept-creation and its readiness checklist to prevent this defect, and concept-review and its checklist to require actual rendered visual review and hold acceptance when that evidence is missing. The prior review omission is retained here.
Round 2 checks and acceptance
All 71 internal Need records are accepted; four current ADRs are accepted. The 46 stakeholder records remain accepted. No verification_state was promoted. Documentation build with warnings as errors, shared traceability/evidence/CSV validation, published diagram link checks and whitespace checks passed. The two modified shared skills passed quick_validate.py. These checks validate the documentation and concept, not an implemented STV runtime.
Commands: project .venv Python running -m sphinx -E -a -W --keep-going -b html
docs docs/_build/html; the shared validate_traceability.py against
docs/_build/html/needs.json --version 0.1 --repo-root . --csv
docs/_build/traceability.csv; scripts/normalize-diagram-links.py --diagram-dir
docs/architecture/diagrams --published-dir docs/_build/html; and
git diff --check. Draw.io export ran through the project-local shared-script
symbolic link; browser rendering was inspected separately from link validity.
Reviewed inventory - round 2
All current project artifacts below are accepted for concept scope under owner delegation, except governing/shared inputs which are inspected inputs. Runtime verification is not claimed. These hashes supersede the historical round-1 snapshot as the reviewed identities; the review record itself is identified by STV_CONCEPT_REVIEW_002 and is excluded from self-referential hashing.

Record relocation
The inventory above identifies the reviewed content before the documentation reorganization. Its hashes remain historical evidence. Review commentary and ADR history subsequently moved into central records without changing design obligations or statuses; see Documentation organization and migrated history.
